Video interview of Dee Hock, founder of VISA, adds to overall conference focus on transformational leadership in healthcare
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – 9 December, 2010 – The 19th International Conference (Jan. 19-22, 2011) of the CPM Resource Center (CPMRC), an Elsevier company and leader in assisting healthcare organizations improve practice at the point of care, will focus on transformational leadership and feature advice from many business leaders, including Dee Hock, founder and CEO emeritus, Visa, Inc..

Hock’s video presentation will be part of Wesorick’s keynote session The Essence of Transformation, the Real Innovation and Hope for Healthcare: Lessons From a Transformation Sage, on Tuesday, Jan. 20. In the presentation, Hock speaks with Wesorick about the overall journey, providing insights from his book One From Many.
The conference will also feature other keynote addresses including Connie White Delaney, PhD, RN, appointed member of the U.S National Health Information Technology Police Committee; David Brailer, MD, Ph.D, former National Health Information Technology Coordinator and Michelle Troseth, MSN, RN, DPNAP, CPRMC Executive Vice President and Chief Professional Practice Officer.
In addition, more than 60 member presentations and educational workshops, covering a wide range of topics including practice, education, technology adoption, physician and team engagement, evidence-based tools and outcomes will be presented.
