Hotel Information:

We have negotiated special rates with the NH Hotel, which offer two possible options: NH Berlin Mitte at €129 per night and NH Collection Berlin Friedrichstrasse at €145 per night. Rooms include breakfast and free wifi.

Attendees should book before September 11, 2016 to guarantee availability at this special rate. After this date, rooms are subject to availability only.

From Berlin Tegel Airport:

By bus:

Tegel Airport has no direct link to the metro station. The fastest way to get to station Französische Straße is by taking the TXL express bus. The station is situated right outside the terminal. There are buses every five minutes. The trip takes about 30 minutes and will cost €2.40. Bus tickets can be purchased from counters (cash or credit cards) and at the ticket vending machines (credit cards only). Visit www.vbb.de for more details.

By Taxi:

Please use a registered taxi from the taxi rank.  Taxis are located right outside the airport. They accept both cash and credit cards. The approximate fare is €30.

From Berlin Schönefeld Airport:

By Train:

The express train is located right outside the Schönefeld. The line RE7 travels every 30 minutes to the center of Berlin. The trip takes about 30 minutes to the station Französische Straße and will cost €2.4. By Taxi:

VISA:

You will need a visa if you are a national of one of these countries. You can apply for a Schengen visa at the German embassy or consulate in the country where you live. Please contact us at pureconference@elsevier.com for an invitation letter with your details.
