Graphene can detect single cancer cells

Inspired by the topography and somatotype features of breast cancer cells, we have successfully prepared the 3D graphene bio interface that can be integrated on a microfluidic chip for cancer metastatic diagnosis and physiological behavior monitoring. Compared to classic 2D gold interface, the 3D graphene bio interface significantly improves the capture efficiency and sensing sensitivity of single cell.
