All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute.

User Rights
Permitted third party reuse is defined by the following user license:

Open Access Publication Fee

As an open access journal with no subscription charges, authors or research funders must pay a fee to cover the costs associated with publication. This ensures your article will be immediately and permanently free to access by everyone. As of October 1, 2019, the gold open access publication fee for this journal is USD 1250, excluding taxes.

Author Rights
For open access publishing, this journal uses an exclusive licensing agreement. Authors will retain copyright but license exclusive rights in their article to King Saud University. Authors have the right to share their article in the same ways permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, as well as certain scholarly usage rights.
