Indian Journal of Transplantation is the official journal of the Indian Society of Organ Transplantation with Editorial Office situated at Department of Nephrology, Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. Indian Journal of Transplantation is published quarterly in March, June, September and December by Elsevier India.
The journal aims to bring to its readers essential experienced insights and reviews regarding liver, kidney, bone marrow, heart and lung transplantations. IJT publishes peer-reviewed original articles, reviews, short communication, case reports, letters to the Editor. The journal also provides as a medium of communication for transplant practitioners and researchers to share valuable, experienced and recent views about organ transplantations with fellow medical practitioners, post graduate students, educational institutions, libraries and hospitals. IJT is circulated to over 1000 readers in the Organ Transplant community in India and abroad.
