Joseph Rhatigan, MD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Director of the Global Health Equity Residency Program at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he is also associate chief in the Division of Global Health Equity. He is also Director of Curriculum Development for Global Health Delivery Project, where he develops case studies analyzing the design implementation of health care service delivery in resource constrained settings. Additionally, he is a co-director of Harvard’s Global Health Effectiveness summer program, a mini-course designed to expand and systematize the study of health care delivery and stimulate collaboration among educators, researchers, stakeholders, and implementers. Rhatigan received his medical degree from Harvard University.
