Open Access Publication FeeAs an open access journal with no subscription charges, a fee is payable by the author or research funder to cover the costs associated with publication. This ensures your article will be immediately and permanently free to access by everyone. CEGH is offering various discounted APC's (excluding taxes) as below. Authors will not be limited by the number of pages, number of figures, or colour figures.
- Open Access Fee will be USD 80 per article for individual contributors from low and middle-income countries as per World Bank 2018 classification. For avoidance of doubt, these countries are defined in the World Bank List of Low and Middle-Income Countries, 2018 set forth.
- For individual members of IndiaCLEN, Open Access Fee is USD 40 per article.
- For all individual contributors not covered by the above two criteria, Open Access Fee is USD 1200 per article.
We automatically apply Article Publishing Charge waivers or discounts to those articles in gold open access journals for which all authors are based in a country eligible for the Research4Life program.

Funding Body AgreementsElsevier has established agreements with funding bodies, including Wellcome Trust and Research Councils UK. This ensures authors can comply with funding body open access policies and may also be reimbursed for their publication fees.
Author RightsFor open access publishing, this journal uses a copyright transfer agreement. Authors will transfer copyright to IndiaCLEN, but will have the right to share their article in the same ways permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, as well as certain scholarly usage rights.
