Dr Razmjou is the Board Director of the Membrane Society of Australasia (MSA), Lecturer, Founder and leader of the Mineral Recovery Research Centre at ECU, Western Australia, Perth, and editorial board member of the Journal of Desalination. His diverse multi-industry background covers metal extraction and resource recovery, desalination, water treatment and recycling. Dr Razmjou has already notable leadership qualities and skills and highly developed mentorship experience/expertise that is very well demonstrated in his portfolio (prizes, awards, supervised students (more than 30 postgraduates), held leadership roles in collaborations and has more than 180 peer-reviewed publications in related top-tier journals with above 8460 citations and h-index of 45, Aug 2023). Dr Razmjou was awarded the prestigious and highly competitive 2021 University of Technology Sydney Chancellor’s Research Fellowship, and 2023 Western Australia Innovation Fellowship. As Chief/co-Chief Investigator, he has successfully secured approximately $6.7m AUD in research funds.
