Ahmet Faruk İpek
Ahmet Faruk İpek is a Civil Engineer specialized in Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering, actively pursuing a Ph.D. at Istanbul Technical University. He has a multidisciplinary educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Hacettepe University. Additionally, he holds a degree in International Relations from Anadolu University. Ahmet has extensive professional experience, currently serving as an Instructor at ITU's Research Dean's Office, working on R&D and Big Data Office projects. He has been involved in significant engineering projects, such as the Niksar Water Supply and Wastewater Collection System Construction (EU-funded) and the Istanbul New Airport Project. Ahmet's expertise also extends to conducting drought analysis research and participating in national projects on long-term drought trends in Turkey. His technical skills include proficiency in Python, ArcGIS, QGIS, SNAP, EPA SWMM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Ahmet is based in Istanbul and has a keen interest in continuing his professional development in the engineering field.
