An Apparently Excellent Guide
This seems to be an excellent guide for conducting group therapy training using a transdiagnostic approach based on Perceptual Control Theory (PCT). A Companion Web Site also provides access to the following resources for use during each group session: Facilitator Resources, Videos, PowerPoint Slides, and Worksheets for participant use. The book is well written and with its supporting resources provides all that facilitators need to conduct the six group sessions that comprise the Take Control Course that it describes.
