Combined with sophisticated computational analysis we are able to interrogate host responses to infections and vaccination on a systems level, thus generating important new hypotheses and discovering unknown associations between immunological parameters.

Dr. Vijay Kumar Prajapati, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Biochemistry, School of Life Sciences, Central University of Rajasthan, NH-8 Bandrasindri, Kishangarh, 305817, Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, is working on vaccine development for infectious diseases. He is using system vaccinology, Bioinformatics and experimental work to design and develop potential vaccine molecules for the human parasitic and infectious diseases. He has published 64 research articles in the international journal with 4 book chapters with reputed publishers. In last four years Dr. Prajapati has published more than 20 research articles on human infectious disease vaccinology. He is a recipient of prestigious INSA Medal for Young Scientist from Indian National Science Academy (INSA) and many other notable awards from national and international organizations. He has published t research work in prestigious journal such as Journal of Infectious Diseases, Clinical Infectious Diseases, Scientific Reports, Medicinal Research Review, Journal of Cellular Physiology etc. His current h-index is 26 with 1822 citations.
