Description
Neuroinfectious Diseases brings to light the latest information in a field that is rapidly expanding as a result of the re-emergence of unvaccinated populations. Newly emerging infections may rapidly grow to epidemic proportions and spread over large geographical areas. Infectious diseases of the nervous system, for example, can be caused by a diverse range of infectious agents as well as post-infectious neurological syndromes. In this book, renowned experts review the most recent advances to provide a timely and up-to-date overview of the field.
