Diagnostic Molecular Biology
1st Edition
Description
Diagnostic Molecular Biology describes the fundamentals of molecular biology in a clear, concise manner to help readers comprehend this complex subject. Each technique is explained within a conceptual framework to enhance understanding, and current applications of clinical laboratory techniques are covered in detail. This targeted approach covers the principles of molecular biology, including the basic knowledge of nucleic acids, proteins, chromosomes, and the basic techniques and instrumentations that are commonly used in the field of molecular biology. In addition, detailed procedures and explanations, and the applications of the principle and techniques currently employed in the clinical laboratory are covered.
