About the Editor

Jelena Đuriš

Dr. Jelena Đuriš graduated at the University in Belgrade – Faculty of Pharmacy in 2007 with an average mark of 9,71. In 2010 she received her PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Pharmacy with PhD thesis entitled "Characterization of hydrophilic and lipid matrix tablets using in silico methods". The thesis was rewarded as the best doctoral dissertation in 2010 by the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade. Jelena Đuriš defended the thesis in academic specialization studies in Industrial pharmacy entitled "The application of Quality by Design concept in in the process of fluidized bed granulation" in 2011 at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Pharmacy. Since 2007 she is employed at the University in Belgrade – Faculty of Pharmacy as: teaching associate (2007-2008), teaching assistant (2008-2012), and assistant professor (from 2014 - to date) at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology. She is involved in the teaching activities in integrated academic studies (Pharmaceutical Technology II and Industrial Pharmacy courses), specialization academic studies in Industrial Pharmacy and both specialization and doctoral studies in Pharmaceutical Technology.
