Beginning with volume 6, even numbered volumes will be thematic and focus on a special topic or issue, while odd numbered volumes will be biennial reviews of the field and focus on micro or macro perspectives. All manuscripts will be subjected to a blind, peer reviewed process. Articles will be published both in a hard cover bound volume, and electronically through Science Direct.
