Dr. Sanjay Mavinkere Rangappa is currently working as a senior research scientist at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand. He received his B.E (Mechanical Engineering) in 2010, M.Tech (Computational Analysis in Mechanical Sciences) in 2013, and Ph.D. (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Science) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, India in 2018 and Post Doctorate from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand, in 2019. His current research areas include natural fiber composites, polymer composites, and advanced material technology.

Jyotishkumar Parameswaranpillai received his PhD in Polymer Science and Technology (Chemistry) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He has published more than 100 papers, in high quality international peer reviewed journals on polymer nanocomposites, polymer blends, and biopolymers, and has edited 10 books. He has received numerous awards and recognitions including prestigious KMUTNB best researcher award 2019, Kerala State Award for the Best Young Scientist 2016 and INSPIRE Faculty Award 2011.

He obtained PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering in the field of eco-friendly bio-composite materials from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Andhra Pradesh, India. He has published more than 40 research papers in SCI and Scopus indexed Journals, 10+ book chapters and presented several papers in the conferences at National and International level. He is a reviewer for more than 30 International Journals and conference proceedings. His research interests include biomaterials, polymer nanocomposites, hybrid composites and energy efficient materials.
