About the Gene Expression Omnibus app
The Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) app displays supporting information on the gene (for example, GEO: GSE27196) found in an article, using information from and linking to Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). Using text mining, the application does not require the author to upload any additional files. The author only needs to correctly specify GEO accession numbers in the article text. For more information on this, please refer to the database linking page.
The Gene Expression Omnibus automatically identifies all GEO accession numbers mentioned in the article, displaying a summary overview for each data entry.
