Sebastian Moeritz, Sebastian is CEO of dicas digital image coding GmbH, a leading MPEG-focused video coding specialist based in Berlin, Germany. He is also the President of the MPEG Industry Forum.
Klaus Diepold, Klaus has been actively involved with the MPEG-4 standardization process since 1995 and developed various video-based products. He is a professor for data processing in the EE department at Munich University of Technology in Munich, Germany.
