This issue is dedicated to changes and advances in the world of Traumatic Brain Injury. Guest Editor James Young, MD, of Rush University
Medical Center in Chicago, carefully selected chapters and contributors to present the changes that have occurred in virtually all aspects
of the diagnosis and care of individuals with these life altering events. In addition to the ?traditional' approaches to TBI, more and
more patients and their families have turned to alternative courses of care. The results have varied greatly with each approach, but
