To enable Elsevier to easily identify author source files in terms of figure number and format, please ensure this information is contained in the file name. Some examples are given below:
- fig1.tif - figure 1 in TIFF format
- scheme10.eps - scheme10 in EPS format
Always ensure that the file extension is present to ensure quick and easy format identification.
