European Economic Review Talented Economists Clinic (EERTEC)

The aim of this annual clinic is to bring together young academic economists who are at the beginning of a promising academic career and editors of the European Economic Review. Every year five Associate Editors of the EER are requested to suggest a shortlist of names of starting academic economists. The invitees are invited to present their newest work in the presence of their peers and the editors. The goal of this clinic is to enhance the international experience of talented economists as well as to help understand the requirements of top economic academic outlets, such as the European Economic Review.

The first clinic is hosted by the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. It will take place in May 29th and May 30th , 2008.
