	Prof Ian Marshall - Founder and Editor of Composite Structures It is with great sadness that we inform our readers, authors and reviewers that Professor Ian Marshall, founder and editor of Composite Structures, passed away on 20th November 2008 after courageously fighting a severe illness. On behalf of the Publisher we would like to express our deepest sympathy to his family and all his friends in the community.
