As Customer and Engineering Global Consultant at Elsevier, Dr Chris Cogswell helps lead science communication and outreach efforts at corporate, academic, and government facilities around the world. He received his PhD from Northeastern University, where his research work on sustainable engineering and carbon dioxide capture led to 6 publications and over a dozen conference presentations. He presents on topics including climate change mitigation technologies, sustainable engineering, digital transformation of the modern workforce, skepticism, and scientific literacy.
Before joining Elsevier in 2019, he worked as a petrochemical consulting engineer. He is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
