pnfa_cvrWe are pleased to announce that the journal, Photonics and Nanostructures - fundamentals and applications, has awarded a young scientist with a PNFA Young Scientist Award.


Photonics and Nanostructures Fundamentals and Applications congratulates Marco Rahm, for winning the PNFA Young Scientist Award. The award was presented at PECS IX - The 9th International Photonic & Electromagnetic Crystal Structures Meeting, Granada, Spain in September, 2010.



 

PNFA Young Scientist Award at PECS VIII conference

pnfa_cvrPhotonics and Nanostructures Fundamentals and Applications congratulates Cecile Jamois, INSA-LPM Lyon, for winning the PNFA Young Scientist Award. The award was presented by editor Thomas Krauss at PECS VIII conference, the 8th Photonic and Electromagnetic Crystal Structures meeting, April 5-9, 2009 in Sydney. 



 

 

 

PNFA Young Scientist Award

pnfa_cvrWe are pleased to announce that the journal, Photonics and Nanostructures - fundamentals and applications, has awarded a young scientist with a PNFA Young Scientist Award.

The 2007 winner is Scott Kennedy from Calgary, Canada who was awarded with a certificate and 1500 Euros at the PECS-VII conference dinner in Monterey, Tuesday, April 10, 2007.

Qualifications for the award include: awardees are under 40 years of age, have published a paper in PNFA, and have not been a previous award winner. The final selection will be determined by the number of citations received for the paper published in PNFA by the nominee.
