Dear Physicist,
I would very much like to update you on the current situation
for JQSRT. I am pleased to inform you that online
submission is now available for JQSRT via the Elsevier Editorial System
(EES). Authors are encouraged to submit their papers using this
online submission tool and selecting an editor to handle their
paper.
Editors:
M.P. Mengüç Radiative Transfer E-mail: mailto:menguc@engr.uky.edu
M.I. Mishchenko Electromagnetic
Scattering (single and multiple), active and passive remote
sensing E-mail: mailto:mmishchenko@giss.nasa.gov
L.S. Rothman Molecular Spectroscopy
(experimental and theoretical) Atmospheric Remote
Sensing E-mail: mailto:lrothman@cfa.harvard.edu
EES is a tool that enables Authors to submit
articles online, Reviewers to referee online and Editors to manage
the peer-review process via an online submission and editorial
system. Authors can anticipate shorter intervals between submission
and final editorial decisions.
We feel confident that that as of now all current and future
submissions to JQSRT will be handled in a proper way, i.e refereed
in a reasonable amount of time. So please spread the word to all
your relevant contacts about the improved JQSRT.
Best wishes,
Charon Duermeijer Publisher - Nonlinear, Statistical and Applied Physics
