Graduates

Although we don’t currently recruit into a graduate scheme, we do value the experience and skills you achieve through academic study. We match each individual to a particular role based on their talent, skills and future potential. For some roles, , we look for specific degrees or equivalent experience.

MBA Executive Development Program

We see those individuals on our Executive Development Program as future leaders of Elsevier. Each year we hire a select number of MBA Management Associates from top-tier business schools giving us the flexibility to customize career development plans based on your skills and experience.
