Graduates and MBA
Elsevier has a range of career opportunities for professionals from different disciplines. Career opportunities range from Editorial and Publishing, Sales and Marketing, Technology and IT, Strategy and Communications, Operations, Research, Finance, Legal and HR.
The breadth of opportunity gives you the chance to build a varied career across different functions and divisions. Because our business is constantly growing, embracing new markets, and capitalizing on new technologies, there will be future opportunities that we haven’t explored yet. If you don’t find a role that currently interests you, register your profile through our job search page and we’ll let you know when a suitable job becomes available.
Although we don’t currently recruit into a graduate scheme, we do value the experience and skills you achieve through academic study. We match each individual to a particular role based on their talent, skills and future potential. For some roles, we look for specific degrees or equivalent experience.
Whatever the position, you will be challenged from the beginning and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow with the role. Support will come from ongoing professional and personal development throughout your career.
MBA Executive Development Program
We see those individuals on our Executive Development Program as future leaders of Elsevier. Each year we hire a select number of MBA Management Associates from top-tier business schools giving us the flexibility to customize career development plans based on your skills and experience. Working on value-adding projects, you’ll enjoy great visibility and networking opportunities with high level management plus international assignments, taking advantage of our global reach.
We invite applications from all interested parties with a passion for science and health who are nearing to completion of, or have completed their MBA. Should you reach the final stages of the selection process, you will have the opportunity to meet a number of our senior directors by invitation to various events including a formal interview.
