Salaries & bonuses
We offer competitive salaries that take account of the markets we operate in and reflect the performance, contribution, and experience of our employees.
We regularly benchmark ourselves against our competitors and industry in general to ensure our offering is competitive. Annual bonus plans are in place for certain roles, with total reward related to both individual and business performance.
