Advanced Practice, An Issue of Perioperative Nursing Clinics

This issue devoted to advanced practice is designed both to reach out to the younger nurses in this field in terms of options they have, and to stimulate discussion on a business model for the OR nurse and the clinical and research aspects of advanced practice. The Guest Editor and Consulting Editor have worked together to determine the focus, and in particular, have highlighted an article on the role of the Nurse Practitioner in the OR.
